As a Volunteer Coding Tutor, you’ll take the lead in guiding and supporting coding lessons for small groups of up to six students, aged 7 to 14, with skill levels ranging from beginner to intermediate. These engaging sessions are conducted weekly via Zoom and run for a duration of 2 hours each.
By imparting coding skills to underprivileged children and youth, you’re not only investing in their future but also offering them the opportunity to carve out their destinies, one child at a time. Your dedication has the power to shape the world of these young learners in just two hours per session.
As a coding tutor, you’ll have the privilege of nurturing young minds in the realms of coding, fostering their logical and problem-solving abilities. You’ll also have the opportunity to teach coding concepts across various platforms, creating a captivating and enticing learning environment that keeps children coming back for more. Our comprehensive curriculum is thoughtfully designed and divided into five essential blocks: block coding, HTML, CSS, Python, Java, and a Digital Project.
